This Payment Policy explains the payment method, payment terms, and related procedures for purchases made on alexanderree.com.

ALEXANDERREE currently accepts PayPal only.
Customers may use their PayPal balance or another eligible funding source made available by PayPal. Available payment options are determined by PayPal during checkout.
All payments are processed in United States dollars (USD).
2. Payment Security
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. ALEXANDERREE LLC does not directly collect or store PayPal passwords, complete card numbers, or bank account login information.
Customers should use a secure device and network when completing payment.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required when an order is placed. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or direct bank transfers.
An order will enter processing only after payment has been successfully confirmed.
4. Failed or Declined Payments
When a payment is declined or cannot be completed, the order will not be processed.
Customers should:
- Confirm that the PayPal information is correct.
- Check that sufficient funds are available.
- Try another funding source offered by PayPal.
- Contact PayPal or their financial institution when necessary.

5. Order Confirmation and Payment Verification

We may contact the customer when additional information is reasonably required to verify an order. We will never request a PayPal password or complete payment-card information.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original PayPal account used for the purchase. Refund eligibility is governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customers who notice an incorrect or duplicate payment should contact us before submitting another payment or opening a dispute.
